So, let’s
talk about courage, shall we?
A little
under two weeks ago, Fox newscaster, Charles Krauthammer, courageously reported
live that he only had weeks to live with terminal cancer, saying he’d lived a
full life with no regrets. I blogged
about him on the 8th. He died yesterday.
As sad as
death is, I can’t help but celebrate Krauthammer’s life AND death.
The man was
a made crip, who went to medical school, worked at Fox and The Washington Post, AND personally wrote for Presidents. That’s nothing to thumb your nose at. Aversity begets courage, and you know you’re
on borrowed time, facing the certainty and the unknown at the same time, is the
stuff of legends.
Be good to
each other.
