So, let’s
talk about loopholes, shall we?
According to
TMZ,
Demi Lovato screwed herself, because of a loophole in the Cali justice system,
where if someone ODs on bad drugs, knowing they’re bad, the supplier can’t be
touched by the law; therefore, he’s free to conduct his business distributing to
others, who might not be as lucky as Lovato was…and, he knows it.
Hmmm, ain’t
that something, a serial killer who can get off scot free as long as he warns his clientele that they’re getting bad stuff.
I don’t know
if this loophole covers the 50 states, but, damn, talk about a free pass. I wonder if congresspeople know about this
pass. It doesn’t give fams ANY clout to
sue for ANYTHING. And, I bet nothing’s
being done to rectify the situation since she lived and is in rehab. All’s well that ends well, right? Until next time with someone else. Sad.
