Good afternoon. Unfortunately, there are way too many of us who dog on ourselves. I’m guilty of it. I can’t do this. I suck at that… Oh, there are a number of reasons why we stray to these thoughts.
Maybe somebody told us we “can’t”. That’s probably why I think that way. However, the good news is we can change all that.
It’s all in the mind.
Is it instantaneous? Sorry but probably not. Do I slip back into the doubt sometimes? Oh, yes. But, no matter who or what, YOU have the power to fix it.
So, I hope, starting today, you’ll join me in focusing on the good things-what we can do. For example, I paint by mixing colors to make awesome, abstract designs. I’m an amazing author and cook. I’m very perceptive and cognizant, and I have excellent dog kinship (maybe that’s not how to say that, lol).
Can you sew? Can you solve those ‘magic eye’ things in one second? Are you an outstanding CPA? Can you perform mathematical equations while standing on your head, drinking a Sprite? What are you good at? Leave a comment.
