Dog's Best Friend.

Afternoon, Fam…

So, let’s talk humanity a bit.

Joey and I’ve seen both sides of the spectrum, and everything in between.  The good, strengthens our thoughts that good people exists, and the bad we see, we try not to let it get to us even though it happens to us.  That’s not to say we don’t feel for others when bad shit happens to them.  Their experiences are different, of course, but we can sympathize.

Where you going with this, J?

I came across this on Twitter yesterday.

Some people take their fur babies for granted, some take their want to please us and turn on them, abusing them.  The fur baby doesn’t understand why they’re getting mistreated, just that they hurt.  That’s the case with this guy, who got his from legs cut off with a sword.

If we have to get a limb amputated, we can get a prosthesis pretty readily, albeit, with some expensively, I’ve heard.

We don’t think of our fur babies having such catastrophic accidents.  These people have, and from the looks of it, with astounding results.  What should be a death sentence, definitely in the wild. These people’ve given this guy, and potentially many more, a new lease on life.

It’s amazing what a little ingenuity and heart can do.

Be good to each other.
