Morning,
Peeeps!
First off, a
huge standing O to you, our friends, who’ve made Two Feet Below a success in
our eyes. You have affirmed that we’re
doing what we’re meant to do. Like I’ve
said before, we want to join able-bodied and crips (disabled) peeps together,
and possibly help get through life. Like
Rocky says in Rocky Balboa, “Let me
tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows.
It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep
you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as
life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and
keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how
winning is done.”
I fell in
love with that quote from the first time I heard it. I have it tattooed on my left forearm for
that reason, so I can see it every day. We
know how hard life can be, and if we can help someone, anyone coming up, we’re
here. Comment to our blogs, or email us
at twofeetbelow@gmail.com.
Now, for the
request…
Joey and I
am doing Two Feet Below by ourselves, so, if you could, please, drop us a donation
from time to time. We’re working on
making stuff like shirts, pens, and the like as thanks for the continued
support. I want us bigger! Life’s too short to stay in the audience.
Be good to each
other.
-J-
